About the marathon
There are no standards in relationships. Each of us is unique in our expression and has our own set of qualities. Nevertheless, a common tendency is to behave in ways that reflect our inner blocks and beliefs. By gently uncovering layers of painful expectations, we gain a new understanding of feelings, and our relationship with partners and the world becomes more vibrant, bringing lightness and pleasure.
Our goal is to remove all compensatory behaviors and build love and relationships not on the principle of “we are stuck together,” but because we are self-sufficient and in this new state our love comes from an abundance of self-love. By working through deep-seated issues, we can reach a completely new level of relationships, love, and interaction.
How to run a marathon
- If you are participating in the marathon for the first time, we recommend choosing the option to “complete the tasks in order.”
- In a calm state and with trust in the process, or with a specific intention, click the link to receive your personal practice for the day.
- You can work daily or at your own pace, requesting your “Marathon Day” several times a week as you wish.
- Breaks between days can be of any length—listen to yourself!
- The number of repetitions of the Guidance and Practice is up to you.
- Don’t focus on the result; enjoy the process, and then the outcome will be pleasure, good mood, and gentle changes.
